Even though our order and purchase changed, she held stock until this was settled and was genuinely pleased that things had worked out well. Wanted to add a small section to what we had but were 2 tiles short, went to get some more but they were discontinued. Dharshna then phoned around the other branches looking for old display stock & found us 3 tiles. Even gave them to us at no charge.If that doesn't earn you 5 stars what does.
