The birthing rooms are clean and tidy. The staff are very helpful. You have your own dedicated nurse while you are in labour. The nurse does an amazing job taking care of the birthing mother throughout the entire process. There are family rooms, and tea facilities for spouses and extended family.

We also went to the Tamaki ward for after birth Care for two nights. They have sleeping arrangements available in the room for your spouse. Staff in this ward were fantastic and helpful. Again there is a family room and communal kitchen. Overall the hospital is pretty up-to-date and tidy.

However, instead of going to the hospital which we are in zone for, I travelled all the way to the hospital on a busy Friday evening. Within 2 1/2 hours, I had my consultations, x-ray and moon boot put on and I was out the door. Staff were pleasant and professional, highly recommended.

The staff members are friendly, patient, professional, and knowledgeable. Fully equipped with various machines and labs. Their lobby also equipped with plenty of amenities and shops. Despite the neglect the health system has endured over the past 6 years, they continue to be professional, positive and sincere.
