葉庭均: Very good and quality hotelThe location is very convenient. It is located in the center of Auckland, very close to the Sky Tower. You can take a skydrive from the airport and walk there in ten minutes. There are supermarkets and drugstores nearby where you can buy some food and souvenirs.The service staff is very friendly and the room is clean and spacious.But for me, the bed was a bit soft and the construction outside the hotel was a bit noisy. Apart from these two points, as the last hotel on my trip to New Zealand, it was pretty good.
Chris Yoxall: I didn't stay at the hotel but instead attended a conference here. Not sure if it's worth detailing my experience but I thought the food served throughout the day was very good and the facilities were spotless.
indah nuria Savitri: we keep coming back to this establishment for its great location, perfect choices for family of 4 like me, and the great facilities as well as services here.We always get a room for 4 with double bed. It has gym but it has no swimming pool. It also have cafe and restaurant in the lobby, with concierge and check-in counters ready to help. We can get daily parking spot for an extra fee. amenities in the room is quite complete, with safety box, slippers, free coffee, tea and water.It's very close to the Sky Tower, I can see it from my room. The view from my room is also nice.The location is very strategic, near the city center of Auckland, including the famous Queen street and the water fronts, with all its stores, restaurants, and museums.It is located in adjecent to a shopping mall as well, with facilities such as beauty saloon, spa, souvenir shop and food corner.Rooms: the room is quite spacious. For me with two kids, we have space for our luggages and still comfortable enough.Nearby activities: the hotel is so close to the Sky Tower, Auckland Town Hall, and also walking distance to Queen Street and Auckland water front.

Kin Cheung: A good location in the heart of Auckland city. Can get everything you need within a 10-20 minute walk. There’s a small lap pool and spa on the 7th floor.Rooms: One side of the room has a better view. There are currently a lot of renovations going on in Auckland, so the view is affected.Nearby activities: There are lots to do in the area. We were just here for a staycation, so we didn’t do much but just enjoyed the hotel’s facilities.Safety: As it’s near the casino, I’d say need to be careful if you are going out at night. Auckland doesn’t have much nightlife, a lot of the shops closed after 7pm. But once you are inside the hotel, you are safe.Walkability: You can get everything you need within walking distance.Food & drinks: A lot of high quality eateries are just around the corner. Some of the best in Auckland.

Ian Spencer: Arrived here after a 24 hour flight so pleased it was a good and easy hotel to use with a good breakfast buffet while we found our feet.Bathroom very compact but cleverly organised so we forgave the trim dimensions. Bright and airy room with bags of space - and space for bags.
Bev Verkuylen: This is becoming our 'go to' place to stay in Auckland. Rooms are very good -quiet and very comfortable beds and pillows. Newly re-decorated . Great value especially if you are a member of Rydges. Love the late check out. Location bus brilliant....walking distance to the waterfront as well as Sky city and Federal st restaurants.Walkability: Handy to many places in the CBD

Paul: Always impressed by the quality of rooms and exceptional quality of the staff. While we did prefer the nostalgia of the old club rooms having spent many a wonderful stay there the new rooms still provide the atmosphere and quality of service that you expect from the Cordis.
Amelia Labuschagne: Oh my god. Yes. 100/10. Went for the buffet at eight at cordis and was beyond impressed! The man in the seafood/Chinese section was absolutely awesome! He knew what to recommend and encouraged us to not be shy, an absolute legend. I saved the Indian for last but there was no more naan bread so definitely going there first next time and holy smokes the deserts were BEAUTIFUL. The waiters were constantly clearing tables and filling drinks and just checking that it was going well. Right at the end we had a quick chat with one of the waiters and he was super friendly. All staffs top priority was for us to have an amazing time. Cant wait to come back!
Jordan B: Highly recommend! My best friend and I visited for a day to enjoy the Harmony and High Tea package and we’re already looking forward to doing it again. The massage experience was beautiful and relaxing, the staff were very friendly and polite and the coffee I ordered with the high tea was the best coffee I’ve ever had! We visited over Easter weekend and we were gifted a chocolate bunny which was such a nice touch
