James Ross: Unsure about the other reviews here, been here a handful of times and it's been more than fine. The ladies have been very helpful. Have picked up multiple parcels without issue or rudeness. I imagine some of them may be jaded with entitled aucklanders.

Jytte: Great customer service. Always helpful and friendly staff. Not too busy whenever I go in to collect my parcels so it only takes a few minutes.It's great as I live in an apartment and the courier refuses to deliver here so having a good NZ Post Shop is great.

Ryan M: Ordering my PCs via Playtech was extremely efficient and simple, including when I applied for finance. Paul, a Playtech employee, spoke to me on the phone to explain everything. He was extremely helpful and said they would try and get the products out to me ASAP so it was shipped before the weekend and they came through on that. I highly recommend Playtech not only for their good value PCs, but for their excellent customer service too.

I got to give it to Playtech the turnaround was a couple of days but they promised to finish it on the day they said they would and followed up with texts and emails, very professional and HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Kristina Iarova: I've bought a gaming PC there, very pleased with it's quality. I only got one problem with a noisy cooling fan after a few months of usage, but the customer support resolved that for me really quickly by replacing the fan with the brand new one, of the same model. Highly recommend!
