A big thanks to Rose, she is very professional, informative and friendly, even played some beautiful songs on different pianos to help us quickly pick up the one we like. We bought a lovely piano last month and it has really good quality. I would highly recommend this shop to others. Come to Rose and she is brilliant.

Guitars were lower end nothing to rave about if looking for higher end gear.Clean store. Staff with a smile who did play music so could give genuine help.Not 5 stars as parking is terrible!!! Impossible to park close and avoid paying. So might as well use their online shop. Postage cheaper than parking. Just bad spot for accessibility

Didn't feel like I was wasting his time or being an annoyance like some can make you feel. Amp works great and has lots of different settings and I really wanted a yellow guitar so was quite excited to see they had one in store for a decent price. The guy that helped me with my purchase was super helpful, especially because I don’t have much experience with electric guitars. He was really good with explaining the prices and how the amp works and I felt comfortable being able to test out the amp and guitar in store which was great as other stores I’ve visited I didn’t really feel comfortable testing out the guitars and the workers weren’t as helpful or approachable.

ada li: Came here few weeks ago and purchased two ukelele for me and my daughter. I also purchased tuner however I could not find it once I get home, only have an empty box in a bag. Went back to the shop and explained what happened, they were happily to post me a tuner. As soon as I received the tuner, the originally one magically appeared, it was in the bag of the ukelele. So what happened was the person who sold us these proactively helped us to put battery in the tuner and left in the pocket, unfortunately I completely not aware or daydream at the time, when I called back to apologize they were very forgiven and ask me to keep them for my daughters Ukelele. Just want to say a big thank you and sorry for the trouble 😊

MZAP: Went to but a guitar the website had listed as in stock, walked in and it was right there like it was waiting for me, the staff was very helpful and kind when it came to testing and purchasing the guitar, specifically Adam, he was very kind and helpful and was a fountain of knowledge when it came to guitars and what me and my friends wanted out of them.
