I'm glad you've got your job.Telephone staff. Very obliging when I booked the trailer and then had to postpone it for a week. I do think that you should collect as much information as possible over the phone. Drivers license details, registration of towing vehicle etc. To save time when collecting the hire.Website. OK. It says you can return the trailer to another branch but does not mention that there is a fee for that or what the fee would be. You get to the branch and there's a sign saying there is a fee. You list your address as Great South Road but actually the entrance is on Holloway Place.Checkout. Slower than expected. I expected to produce my license but everything else should have been collected over the phone.Closing time. Should be consistent across 7 days. I realise that the bulk of your business is corporate but 4pm is early for a Saturday/Sunday. Kennards 5pm 7 days.The trailer seemed in good shape but a little dirty for household moving.After hours service. They knew the cost of a callout but had no idea of any extra cost to return the trailer in the morning.Overall. 4 out of 5. Would use again.
