John Farnsworth: Excellent service. Auckland is lucky to have dedicated practitioners like this

Chloe King: . I found his approaches to therapy holistic and reflective. He helped me process some trauma and supported me to feel more confident in myself and my ability to undertake the mahi I do. Anxiety New Zealand Trust: what do users think?

Natalie Amersfoort: I have just wrapped up 12 months of volunteering on the Anxiety NZ helpline and have had a hugely positive experience. Volunteers are so well supported and I am walking away with a greater knowledge of anxiety disorders and symptoms, experience in working with those experiencing distress, and hugely valuable relationships and connections with other volunteers. I would highly recommend volunteering with this organisation to anyone looking to give back to their community and learn more about themselves in the process.

Paris: I have just completed my Work Integrated Learning placement at Anxiety New Zealand and continuing on interning for a year. The team are incredibly welcoming and supportive people. I have had the pleasure of forming some incredible connections with the team and being able to be apart of some really awesome projects. I’ve been able to further advance my professional skills as well as learn a lot of valuable things along the way. This is thanks to the great communication and efforts of such incredibly hard working staff. Most importantly Anxiety NZ has a positive and calming environment to be in, they have really made it a place of belonging. It is a pleasure to be doing my placement for University here, and I’m looking forward to continuing on.

Esther Jayne Campbell: I recently received treatment at the Anxiety New Zealand clinic at St. Luke's and I can't say enough good things about my experience. The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, and I felt at ease as soon as I walked in. They even made me my favorite tea. My clinician was knowledgeable and professional, and I could tell that she truly cared about my wellbeing. The treatment plan she developed for me was tailored to my specific needs, and I found it to be very effective.Overall, I would highly recommend the Anxiety New Zealand clinic at St. Luke's to anyone who is struggling with anxiety or other mental health issues. The staff there truly go above and beyond to provide the best possible care to their clients, and I am so grateful for the help and support they provided me.

Savannah M: Amazing organisation to volunteer for - super rewarding work and a very supportive team environment!

Shaz Harvey: cope with anxiety and to respect the efforts made by volunteers and phone counsellors across NZ. It can be a heavy job, but ANZT works hard to ensure we volunteers have great support to provide NZ with our line 24/7. It is a truly empowering and enjoyable line to work for and I encourage anyone who is interested to volunteer here. Just know that you will be joining an amazing community if you do.

Siena Walter: The admin team, volunteers, and psychologists all seem to have such a special spirit and together have made Anxiety Trust such a joy to work with. The psychologists have the best intentions and work hard to build meaningful relationships with their clients. While the on-flux of new clients is constantly overflowing, the admin team do a great job of maintaining organization and communication to the best of their abilities. I learned how to do many useful skills during my internship with the trust, and will miss the welcoming atmosphere and their beloved therapy cat, Smokey.

Emily Potter: I spent 3 months over lockdown volunteering at AnxietyNZ, and I couldn't say enough good things, all the staff there are so lovely and always willing to help out, teach and share their advice. I learnt many great tools and skills over my time, which I am grateful for as I take them into my new chapter at University. I can't thank the staff enough as they are such a group of hardworking individuals who put all their time and effort into providing the best service and environment for their clients. I look forward to coming and visiting and giving Smokey the cat some cuddles!

Vincent Marshall: I've been an intern at Anxiety NZ for nearly 5 months now, and it's been a great experience. The staff are great and very welcoming, you'll never find yourself without support.Would highly recommend volunteering here if you're looking to donate some of your time to a good cause.

Grace Seeley: I would highly recommend Anxiety New Zealand to anyone. I have been volunteering for Anxiety NZ for over a year and it is a pleasure to work with such friendly, passionate and caring people. The clinic is a lovely place to visit, it is a calming and pleasant environment and everyone is super helpful and approachable.

Sarah S: An amazing organisation that I recommend to all. I have been volunteering here for almost two years now and the Anxiety NZ team are some of the most lovely, hardworking people I’ve ever met !

I highly recommend the Anxiety New Zealand Trust as a workplace.

Marc Nazareth: .

Fares AlGhareeb: I have interned at Anxiety NZ for a month and a half now and wanted to share my experience with this great organisation. The culture at this clinic is very warm and friendly and you can see a true collaborative environment where all members of the staff contribute to the wellbeing of the client. As a student planning on becoming a future psychologist, I have nothing but fantastic things to say about working here and encourage other psych students to volunteer/intern at Anxiety NZ.
