Anna Ramenskaia: We visited the store at Thursday evening when the mall was pretty quite. And although we were just browsing around, we decided to purchase some thermals for kid and the man at the counter was super friendly and helpful when we picked the wrong item! And he was very patient when we were trying to log into our account and after our card was declined twice. We felt welcome there even if it was evening when normally staff are so ready to go home and they don’t look forward to wandering people.

Roberta Zhao: Great brilliant service. The new market store refused to do the warranty for me. It is a Saloman water proof shoes and was just purchased 4 months. The staff in St Lukes store offered to exchange the faulty shoes to a brand new pair immediately without any extra words. I was shocked. One shop refused to do the warranty and one shop same company did the warranty just in a few minutes. Thank you St Lukes store. You makes me continue to make a purchase in Kathmandu in the future.

But It has to be in a year , but after he change his mind and did a refund through a paper slip as a voucher which was the samePrice I paid for in that time 17 now is 20 and even if I wanted to exchange I wouldn’t be able with this ticket voucher so no cash back ! Anyways I’m ok with it as long they did something and not saying is America because we are here ! and not comparing as others complaint but cannot ask tooMuch at least got something to exchange eh !
