Celine: Just bought my first pair of Dr Martens in store and I cannot praise the staff highly enough! The first lady was super helpful and put them on hold while I sorted out finances. Went back in today and a lovely guy helped me out and was so helpful and patient! The supervisor there is so lovely too, really helpful and it's clear there is a great work environment which in turn creates a fantastic customer experience. Cannot rate highly enough!

I think his customer service was outstanding & should be rewarded, staff with his attitude & service should be valued. I usually don't bother with this sort of stuff but feel his service, hard work, going the extra mile & attitude deserved my time advising Sketchers.
