Harmonee Iosefa: Recently bought 2 pairs no regrets. There's only ever been one staff member there that serves me. She makes me feel welcomed & is very helpful. You pay a little more because they are good quality shoes that will last years. I've previously bought 3 pairs & still have them in good condition. It's a matter of perspective pay more get quality that lasts long or buy cheap & buy shoes every couple of weeks or months your choice really. Even better now they now offer afterpay.

Momo 60: Really good, staff are so helpful. Always love finding shoes that fit! One suggestion, where a particular shoes has only certain sizes left, it might be useful to identify the available sizes with a card on the shoe. Knowing beforehand means we won't have to ask and the staff don't have to spend time checking the stock and answering.

Celine: Just bought my first pair of Dr Martens in store and I cannot praise the staff highly enough! The first lady was super helpful and put them on hold while I sorted out finances. Went back in today and a lovely guy helped me out and was so helpful and patient! The supervisor there is so lovely too, really helpful and it's clear there is a great work environment which in turn creates a fantastic customer experience. Cannot rate highly enough!

Brandon and Yusef - from the moment I walked in they made me and my family feel very welcomed as they both were happy and dancing around creating a warm vibe. they helped out my family pick shoes and even offered us 6 pairs of socks for 35$!! definitely gonna bring my family more often to buy shoes from them and I believe they are very valuable for the platypus company. thank you jestars!
Sharon Pratt: 2 days ago I was at St Luke’s in Platypus looking at some Doc Martens which I loved! To my delight I was greeted by a lovely, friendly, handsome young man Yusef, who quite frankly made my day. We chatted about family, had some laughs, and he went above and beyond to find the last size of my second pair that I wanted! So happy I met this young man and will definitely be back for more shoes!
