He was literally running around getting shoes for everyone & checking they were ok. Even though he was slammed he had no problem calling Henderson branch to get them to check stock for me, then wrote down part number & gave me their phone number to follow up. I think his customer service was outstanding & should be rewarded, staff with his attitude & service should be valued. I usually don't bother with this sort of stuff but feel his service, hard work, going the extra mile & attitude deserved my time advising Sketchers.
