Celine: Just bought my first pair of Dr Martens in store and I cannot praise the staff highly enough! The first lady was super helpful and put them on hold while I sorted out finances. Went back in today and a lovely guy helped me out and was so helpful and patient! The supervisor there is so lovely too, really helpful and it's clear there is a great work environment which in turn creates a fantastic customer experience. Cannot rate highly enough!

One suggestion, where a particular shoes has only certain sizes left, it might be useful to identify the available sizes with a card on the shoe. Knowing beforehand means we won't have to ask and the staff don't have to spend time checking the stock and answering.
