Allen Rajan: Purchased a double bed from here halfway through the year for our guest room. The staff were helpful in helping us pick out a suitable bed. The bed got delivered but we were unable to assemble it right away due to imminent arrival of our 3rd child. We managed to assemble it a few weeks ago and discovered that the slats provided were not the right size. They were a bit too short and keep falling through when our guests lay on the bed. We got in touch with the staff at the Target support centre - Destiny and Chanyl were super helpful. They got hold of our details and passed us on to Peter who worked hard to get the issue resolved. He acknowledged that the wrong slats were given to us and worked out a suitable time to deliver the right ones! Happy guests! The correct slats were delivered as promised and he even came back again to pick up the old slats to spare us the inconvenience of getting to the Botany store. The timely resolution of the issue has restored our confidence in the Target store where we have purchased furniture in the past.5 stars for the service - the quality of service and the desire for customer satisfaction will keep us coming back to the store for our future needs. Keep it up, Target Botany team and the support team!! 100%recommended!

Anthea Wyngaard: I recently purchased a hanging egg chair from Target Botany. The salesperson, Vikas, was a pleasure to deal with. He was friendly, polite and professional. Unfortunately when unpacking the chair we discovered that the coating was chipped off and there was also rust. Vikas was incredibly efficient in immediately emailing the CS Team. Even though it was a weekend, Peter made contact within hours to arrange a replacement chair. Unfortunately the replacement chair showed signs of rust and the cushion was dirty, but once again, Peter stepped in. His customer service and efforts in sorting out collection of the chair and a refund went over and above. While my experience with the quality of product supplied was poor, I can not fault the staff. Peter was a pleasure to deal with and is a real asset to the Target family.

Ronnie Hoogenberg: This is a very nice shop with a large variety of furnishings, wall hangings and shelves, all sorts of ornaments plus lots of other items, some to me a bit tacky and cheap but lots more of good quality and reasonably priced. Friendly staff with good knowledge and service. After looking around some other shops we came back and purchased a number of items. Neat place to call in regularly as the stock changes so generally one sees new items of interest.

I dealt with Theo of the Auckland showroom, who was very helpful and spent a lot of time going over options and details of the products. He was very patient and I appreciated his non pushy manner when deciding what to purchase. Something you don't always encounter with some furniture retail staff in a showroom.I thought the lounge came together very well and despite the long lead time we are now enjoying our new decor. The mocked up 3d pictures that Jess did were also very helpful to visualise the finished product.Just one suggestion if you are getting the wall mounted Lugano entertainment units, consult your electrician beforehand to ascertain what wiring would be required beforehand to get that seamless boconcept look. Thank you, Freedom, one of my favorite stores, quality furnishings, drapes sheer curtains ready made, finishing in the details, not Spotlight or Warehouse quality, it's a one stop shops has all. I really enjoy the overall experience. The sales are a must,i.e., if you want curtains drapes,wait until then. You will be impressed. There is Afterpay. The Assistants know their products.

MYOB Accts Girl: Love my couch and ottoman. 5-stars for Sugeet from St Lukes gave me exceptional service. Kept in contact re delivery. He was very patient with me while I made my decision over multiple visits to the store. 4-stars because the delivery company gave me awful grief! Incredibly experienced delivery people according to their manager says wouldn't fit in lift and were refusing to try my way. Was toldthey were putting back on truck and I needed to choose something else. I insisted they try my way, and it worked easily, then complained they were late and asked if I could unwrap and set up myself! Would appreciate the delivery and setup fee back from their delivery company!

They offered options that suited our needs, gave us a decent deal, and was ready for pick up really fast. Only down side, the range on superking/cali king beds on display. Still a good store at resonable prices

We first bought a super comfortable bed with deep drawers for our master bedroom and then came back due to the excellent advice and customer service and bought a brilliantly designed trundle bed for the grandchildren or other guests. Sonny and Caroline went out of their way for us on so many levels and helped make shopping to refurnish our newly repaired flood-damaged house a pleasant experience. We plan to come back to shop for lounge furniture in the new year. 👍

Cameron: Bought a sofa here, experience from start to finish was great. Very attentive, warm, and helpful in-store, especially to help me understand the main differences and points of each sofa design. The sofa is made in NZ, affordable price, and I could choose from so many fabrics, the side of the chaise, the leg design, and they even offered to make it in a custom size. Delivered in the timeframe proposed and the delivery guys were great. Would definitely shop here again.

Deb: Bought a number of items online. Communication and customer service was excellent. Delivery company they used was not the best with one box missing from an order, hard to get hold of in regards to arranging delivery etc. But Urban Sales was very good in following up with the delivery firm and resolving issues. If buying multiple items, do contact them to arrange combined shipping costs - it is much more cost effective. Very happy with the items I purchased.
