I was greeted on arrival by a very lovely sales assistant, unfortunately it wasn’t available however he did go above and beyond to see if it could be ordered in or if it was in stock elsewhere for me. He offered to show me other wallets that were similar. The man at the door was also very friendly. Overall experience in the store was a 10/10 thanks to the sales assistant I had yesterday.
