Michelle Crain: Absolutely fantastic! Stayed in a lovely, clean, well kept, spacious room. An upgrade to a harbor side room with a balcony was well worth the expense. The buffet breakfast is located in the Fish restaurant space with grand views of the harbor. The breakfast offers a wide variety of items. Friday evening was wonderfully special because opera singers provide outstanding entertainment in the lobby with a talented pianist. Outstanding service! A gem.The location is a short walk from the Britomart transit station. Ferries leave from the nearby harbor regularly so rooms on the harbor side may notice low levels of sound from the ships. Cruise and container ships dock within view.Afternoon tea is an option for those inclined. Prompt room service delivery. Nice selection of wine, sparkling wine, cocktails, and beer in the bar.Rooms: Rooms are fitted with usb charging points as well as multiple outlets. Coffee in the room is provided for self-service.

Cushla Robinson: Fabulous place, great facilities. Just a bit pricey and not really set up for a large family like ours - there were 2 adults, 2 children, and 2 toddlers so had to have 2 apartments on separate levels effectively splitting our family in half for the duration.Apartments on residents side were great. Staff were amazing and breakfast was great value

Karen Roberts: Had four days in Auckland and the Pullman was well-located for everything we needed to do. We walked with small bags from the train station - 10-15 mins. Our room was great - Double Queen bed with views of the harbour. Room was very comfortable and had everything we needed - plenty of tea bags and a coffee machine. We made use of the pool and spa, didn't use the gym but it was very well set up - one of the best I had seen - with outdoor space to work out as well.Staff were excellent. Highly recommend to stay.Rooms: Twin Queen room with a view of the harbour was fantastic. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Loved the coffee machine, good supply of tea bags and milk was supplied! I like that, they had a refillable bottle of water and didn't use the small amenities bottles.Food & drinks: Coffee was okay and the bar was about the only place in Auckland with a happy hour.

Ferren Stala: I thoroughly enjoyed our 3-night stay here. Our first room air conditioning was not working so they moved us immediately. Customer service was phenomenal. It had everything a hotel should, sound proof windows, slow/quiet close doors, bar, restaurant, double doors to floors for security. The location is perfect - walking distance to Queen Street, Albert Park, sky tower, and the harbor. They provide welcome drink vouchers and bath salts for the deep soak tubs. Note: You cannot open the windows since they have been soundproofed but I would rather have a quiet room.Nearby activities: Queen Street, viaduct harbor, Albert park, sky towerSafety: Felt very safeWalkability: Walkable to sights and attractions
Graham Warren: This is a superb little hotel in art nouveau style, recently refurbished. Has excellent restaurant. Highly recommended.
Andreas Salay: First the positive: great location, super nice, friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms and a nice bathroom.A little criticism: the toilet in the bathroom is just too small. We had breakfast included in the price and were allowed to choose something from a menu, although the individual prices were different.You were asked for a drink and that was it...No further questions about a second drink or whether you have another request...If I consider that there is a difference of NZ$ 15 between the cheapest and most expensive dish for breakfast, then I would ask for a second drink already wanted...And another little anecdote about the bar: it's only open until 9 p.m.We were there at 8:15 p.m. and waited 35 minutes for our order... and apart from us there were only 2 tables occupied with a total of 4 people... that's not possible for a hotel like this with the prices...

葉庭均: Very good and quality hotelThe location is very convenient. It is located in the center of Auckland, very close to the Sky Tower. You can take a skydrive from the airport and walk there in ten minutes. There are supermarkets and drugstores nearby where you can buy some food and souvenirs.The service staff is very friendly and the room is clean and spacious.But for me, the bed was a bit soft and the construction outside the hotel was a bit noisy. Apart from these two points, as the last hotel on my trip to New Zealand, it was pretty good.
Chris Yoxall: I didn't stay at the hotel but instead attended a conference here. Not sure if it's worth detailing my experience but I thought the food served throughout the day was very good and the facilities were spotless.

It has gym but it has no swimming pool. It also have cafe and restaurant in the lobby, with concierge and check-in counters ready to help. We can get daily parking spot for an extra fee. amenities in the room is quite complete, with safety box, slippers, free coffee, tea and water.It's very close to the Sky Tower, I can see it from my room. The view from my room is also nice.The location is very strategic, near the city center of Auckland, including the famous Queen street and the water fronts, with all its stores, restaurants, and museums.It is located in adjecent to a shopping mall as well, with facilities such as beauty saloon, spa, souvenir shop and food corner.Rooms: the room is quite spacious. For me with two kids, we have space for our luggages and still comfortable enough.Nearby activities: the hotel is so close to the Sky Tower, Auckland Town Hall, and also walking distance to Queen Street and Auckland water front.

Vicki Rusen: We called from an international location directly to the Four Points by Sheraton Auckland at 11:55pm on a Saturday evening to book a last-minute room for the night, and guess what... someone actually answered and was able to accommodate our request!! We dealt with a lovely front desk employee named Sumit who went above and beyond for us. In a tech world, it's so nice to have that personal touch. And we would like to personally thank Sumit for being so kind and patient and handling our request.

Vanessa Becker: We had a nice spacious room here for our stay. The bathroom was large with a tub and shower. They have valet parking or you can try to find street parking.It was hard to find the entrance from google maps.Check in took a little long even though I had checked in on the app.We had drinks and dessert at the hotel’s restaurant and while the servers were all very nice, service was very slow and we had gotten our dessert and finished it before we got our drinks.The hotel is in a nice spot with plenty of restaurants and things to do in the area but it is a good walk to get to the harbour sites.

Wayne Francis: Finding the entrance to park our car was a bit of a pain. Drove around the block E times trying to figure out where the valet parking was. We had to park nearby and walk to the hotel before we realised where we should have turned in. No signage and a small entrance easily obscured by the trees on the street. The room was fairly small but the bed was comfortable.

There are tables and chairs as well as picnic tables near the car park.Note that the only food offered is a cheese plate.
