Greg Heap: .Now 7 years later, Mike has come through again. We needed to get a new mortgage to remove one of the three original owners of the property. The situation was fraught with problems due to us being a little older but again, after working with us and advising trimming our expenses and paying off a few small bills, Mike was able to secure us a new mortgage yet again!
