Bhavna Keshav: Had such a great experience at Baby Factory in Manukau today. My local is Botany but I have never had a good experience there so thought I would give another store a go. Was very impressed with how helpful and friendly the staff were- Leslie and Heidi were who I dealt with. I would highly recommend this store and for a slightly further drive from my local, I will definitely be returning to Manukau over any other store. It's difficult to find good customer service these days.

Leighton Harding: My wife and I flew in from Australia on 21st March, picked up our hire car and the baby seat installed was missing parts and not installed correctly. We went to Baby Factory to have it looked at and ultimately ended up buying a new baby seat and having it installed safely and correctly. Huia from Sylvia Park Baby Factory provided the best customer service. She went above and beyond and made the whole process easy and stress free. Hard to find people who genuinely care these days. Huia also overheard where we were going for dinner and told us the closest place to park so we didn’t have to walk far with our little one to get to the restaurant. Huia is an asset to your company.
Montaine Gru: Great selection. Lily was so helpful and nice when we came to buy a car seat.
MG: A good shop for baby clothes shopping but is expensive. As a first time parent, you would find almost everything you need from cots to strollers, toys and clothes from this shop.
L Tag: Thank you ladies for the wonderful service. Thoroughly explained how to use the stroller we purchased also some of the safety features we wouldn’t have known until the sales assistant showed us. We will definitely come back again.
Epiphany: Had a lovely lady help us get things for baby from baby clothes, car seats, towels, mattresses protector, sheets, blankets, breast pump, bottles basically everything. She also answered all our questions, if what we were looking for was not on display she would go check the back. We were happy and satisfied with our experience we spent 2.4k some things were on sale too.
S Lau: A lovely elderly lady was at the cash counter Saturday morning, friendly and it’s refreshing to see a retail staff having friendly conversation and show passion for products. I am also very stoke to find unisex toddler winter tights and added bonus of them being 40% off!!! I would definitely come back.
