Roam'n all over: Great store, decent range, friendly sales that don't constantly bug you or make you feel presured. They offered options that suited our needs, gave us a decent deal, and was ready for pick up really fast. Only down side, the range on superking/cali king beds on display. Still a good store at resonable prices
J Someone: Highly recommend local family business! I am so glad we noticed the sign and went in to take a look. We first bought a super comfortable bed with deep drawers for our master bedroom and then came back due to the excellent advice and customer service and bought a brilliantly designed trundle bed for the grandchildren or other guests. Sonny and Caroline went out of their way for us on so many levels and helped make shopping to refurnish our newly repaired flood-damaged house a pleasant experience. We plan to come back to shop for lounge furniture in the new year. 👍

Cameron: Bought a sofa here, experience from start to finish was great. Very attentive, warm, and helpful in-store, especially to help me understand the main differences and points of each sofa design. The sofa is made in NZ, affordable price, and I could choose from so many fabrics, the side of the chaise, the leg design, and they even offered to make it in a custom size. Delivered in the timeframe proposed and the delivery guys were great. Would definitely shop here again.

Delivery company they used was not the best with one box missing from an order, hard to get hold of in regards to arranging delivery etc. But Urban Sales was very good in following up with the delivery firm and resolving issues. If buying multiple items, do contact them to arrange combined shipping costs - it is much more cost effective. Very happy with the items I purchased.

Although they have an advertisement mentioning they are not responsible for any car damage, Glenn, Caleb and all other members of the crew were always concerned about not creating any damage to my car. Along with that, they were concerned about my safety as I needed to wrap one of the pieces. I got great bits of advice and fantastic assistance. I have had an amazing experience.I am sad I read some very different experiences from other folks here.

Karin Won: I bought several items from Boconcept to furnish my lounge. I dealt with Theo of the Auckland showroom, who was very helpful and spent a lot of time going over options and details of the products. He was very patient and I appreciated his non pushy manner when deciding what to purchase. Something you don't always encounter with some furniture retail staff in a showroom.I thought the lounge came together very well and despite the long lead time we are now enjoying our new decor. The mocked up 3d pictures that Jess did were also very helpful to visualise the finished product.Just one suggestion if you are getting the wall mounted Lugano entertainment units, consult your electrician beforehand to ascertain what wiring would be required beforehand to get that seamless boconcept look. Thanks again to Theo and Cheryl for their top service

I spent in excess of $130 and then needed to pay for a bag which spoilt my shopping experience, policy should be if a customer spends over a certain amount eg $40 the bag should be complimentary, that is the reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5
Carey Shaw: We bought a new caravan and all the linen was from Adairs. It is great quality and very stylish. I needed more so popped into the Albany store and ended up buying more than expected. Helpful staff member, lovely store. Joined linen lovers and got a great discount, so well worth the cost to join.

Without me asking, I was offered a refund of the difference to the price I had expected even though it was a different product.Very happy with this store, the staff are lovely and they are willing to make their customers happy by going the extra mile.
