Riyaz Sheriff: The consulate is located in the HSBC Tower on Level 7. Use the computer tablets situated in front of the elevators to select Level 7, which will display the elevator identifier that will direct you to the consulate office.

Joyce C: Be sure to expect and plan for a queue and wait time as it's always busy.Find parking in the side streets as there are limited spaces in front of the Consulate and a strict towing policy for reserved spots.
Mary Mars: The service improved a lot and everyone behind the counter was so welcoming.
Steven Yang: Use the app to apply for passport renewal, 45 people queue up, the door opens at 9 o'clock sharp, and all the business is completed at 9:20.
Jean Xin: If you’re looking for parking, there are paid ParkMate spaces near the road very close in the same office complex.
Hamish Mitchell: Arrived about 8.40am before the line got really long, process went smoothly and the girl I was served by was nice enough. Was in and out within 15 minutes and got passport with visa back by the end of the week. As long as you have the right documents and know how everything works, it should be fine.
Fraser Gardner: Smooth process, if you know how it works. To apply for a visa, you now do it online via their website, then book an appointment to drop off paperwork and passport for processing once they have done the initial approval.Arrive early in the morning and line up, there are a couple parks next to the office but ideally park on a side street to avoid a ticket/tow.To collect in the afternoon is straightforward, provide your paperwork and wait to collect and pay.

Logan Gan: always as busy as normal. Wish could have more windows and open hours there.
Christine Liang: Why are there so many bad reviews? They say the service attitude is poor. I think it's okay, but the morning time is really short and there are really few parking spaces. When I go there, I can only park on the street.

Blaze: service here is like the prep course to living in china. queue up, take a number, go to your booth, get told to get another document that wasn't specified as required, go home, sort it out, come back next week. rinse and repeat. Fax in my documents? ok 1995, ill do that. The embassy in wellington is so much better. Yall could learn a thing or ten.
Lee Lee: has now resumed normal operations. First fill out the application form online. After the documents are accepted, the embassy will notify you to go to the consulate general for follow-up business.
Dairy Global: Very efficient ! Quick and simple.
Shuyuan Xing: I arrived at 9:40 to apply for a visa for my child and it was completed in five minutes. The efficiency is really high now. Thumbs up to the ladies at the consulate.
Weixuan Sun: This address is not for visa application! Not for passport application! Not for anything! This is where the consul lives, and it costs 630 to apply for a certificate!
