Viva Dance Studios: what do users think?

Sarah Bias: These guys did an incredible job at our Cancer Society fundraising event. Would recommend them to anyone. SO much fun, our participants loved it!

Ares: Meeting Viva dance was the best thing that happened to me in New Zealand. As someone who had never danced before, I have learned over time and am now free to participate in Social dance. the encouragement I received from the lady boss helped me immensely in this process. The teachers and other staff are very welcoming whenever I go. I super like viva dance. I enjoy every moment here so much. I love this place and the people here so much.

Cíntia Carvalho: A friend of mine recommended the Cuban classes with Javi at Viva, and that's how my journey started! I absolutely loved it...Viva provides a great and safe atmosphere and culture to the students. We learn, we have fun, and we end up making friends throughout the courses we attend. Absolutely recommend.

Samuel Calôba Aguiar: , and we have a great time. Most of our friends we met there, and it is an activity that makes us bond even more as a couple :

Olya: I've been attending the Portuguese classes for 2 terms now. Really happy with my progress and how the classes are structured. It's a fun way to learn the language with great encouragement from Anelita!

Amy Lyes: Viva is the best dance school in the city! The people are friendly and welcoming and they have a huge variety of classes - there's something for everyone. The teachers are experienced and make the classes super fun!

Trevor Sampson: Excellent experience, the class is aimed at fun! Even beginners like me are encouraged to do there best.Lots of giggling.

Hannah: When they say dance classes for everyone they mean it! There’s classes for fun, beginners and classes for those wanting to train in technique.I’ve been going consistently for 2 years and the range of dance styles on offer is seriously unmatched in AKL!Not to mention the teachers are very experienced and most have been dancing for a long time. Domis classes are especially great if you’re looking to improve your dance skills and vibe out to fun songs, I highly recommend them!

Annukka Säätelä: in several other schools too, and here they are especially good with making sure you've learned all the basics about leading and following before jumping to more complicated stuff. It's also really affordable, just $40 per week for all classes.

Would gladly do it all over again!

Jasmin Kaur: Starting at Viva was the best decision I made! It is a great way to start your fitness journey. If you are nervous about starting dance, don't worry because everyone is supportive, and at different parts of their own dance journey. Thanks so so much Chia and U Can dance 2 studio!

Alkaidsk L: Nice friendly staff and feel great to make some friends there

Michelle Cardozo: Mai trained us for Tango for our BIG day !!!! She is just an amazing teacher who knows exactly what our capabilities were from the 1st session itself and worked with us from zero knowledge to a beautiful performance enjoyed and highly complmented by our guests 😍 Thankyou so much Mai for your patience and training us 💕 You made our dream dance come true....

Vanessa Nel: We were matched with Mai to choreograph our wedding dance and had a WONDERFUL experience! She is so fun and such a great teacher! The studio is large and clean with off street parking! Definitely would recommend for anyone looking to start dance classes or for a wedding dance! LOVE LOVE LOVE UCAN2 dance studio!

Presshini: I walked into UCan2 in March this year after finally working up the courage to put my New Year’s resolution into practice. What started as a once a week hobby has grown into a passion. Our teachers are excellent and really attentive. The environment is fun, supportive and it feels like one big family. Highly recommend UCan2 studio if you’re wanting to get out of your comfort zone and make some wonderful friends along the way.

Coenraad: : See their website or social mediaFor anyone wanting more detailed feedback:The initial thought of going to a ballroom dance class can be intimidating, whether you do it on your own or as a couple. Going to the first free introduction night was the hardest part, especially since I went on my own.The instructors are friendly, and the group dynamic of the class is great. The classes are made up of around a 50/50 split between couples and singles. The makeup of men and woman are normally skewed slightly toward more woman. However, there are instructors and helpers who rotate to ensure everyone dances with a partner. For couples: You get to learn something new, spend time, and challenge one another. For individuals: You learn a new skill and meet new people. After a few lessons, you know the people around you, and it becomes more about learning the dances and enjoying the time than who you dance with.In summary: Some come and learn the basics and others become part of a great group. You make new friends of which the instructors are part of.

Sean McDonald: Great fun, professional teachers. Throughly enjoyable.

Michele Holmes: I can't believe it's been a year already since I first started dancing at UCan2. I can honestly say I've enjoyed every minute. My highlight so far was definitely working towards and completing the medal test. The instructors are amazing, supportive, warm and so much fun to dance with. My fellow dance students are absolutely wonderful to dance with and provide endless laughs and camaraderie. Brilliant location with tons of parking too. Such a well-run studio that makes everyone feel like family. Thank you UCan2 crew.

Naomi Meyer: I started out at UCan2 as an absolute beginner over a year ago. I joined the ballroom class and loved it. The teachers are so enthusiastic, encouraging and patient. I loved it so much that I take a number of classes now which I thoroughly enjoy. I have also met so many lovely people. The team at UCan2 are great.

Carla Britz: UCan2 re-sparked my love for dancing! The teachers are amazing! Met so many new people and I always have lots of fun.

P D: Love this place! Great atmosphere. Teachers are kind, very patient & respectful. They help us learn at our pace, always encouraging. Dancing with this crew is so much fun. Thanks Mai, Carlo, Chiai, Marie and Harry.I am confident today to sayICan2 Dance, this all thanks to UCan2!

Kerryn Reid: We went to UCan2dance for some lessons for our wedding dance and we were very happy with the result! Mai was our teacher and she was very patient and encouraging. With her help we managed to pull off a sinmple yet lovely dance at our wedding. Highly recommended!
