Sarah Kim: 5 star service from Rose. I came into Music Planet looking for a keyboard with a slight idea of what I wanted. Rose was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. She took the time to understand my musical needs and preferences and was able to quickly provide a recommendation and showcased it's unique features. I actually discovered some aspects and features that I had previously not considered.Highly recommend for ameteurs and experienced musicians. You can try out the keyboards and play with their features to get a better idea as well.
Isaac Lam: Popped in several times in the last month, accompanying my friend who wanted to buy a keyboard. Rose was there each time, providing excellent service without fail. She was highly knowledgeable about the keyboards, and gave excellent recommendations tailored to my friend's needs. I always felt like her recommendations were fully trustworthy, and her astute knowledge ensured my friend returned home with a full package of everything she needed to start jamming that night. I would highly recommend anyone looking for instruments to start here, particularly if they're just getting started.

The other staff we encountered were also very knowledgeable and helpful, with the perfect balance of 'presence' and allowing us to explore on our own. I would highly recommend music planet for beginners, as well as seasoned musicians!!!!
jenny cui: The music shop has lots of options with a wide range of instruments. The staff there are highly welcoming and helpful. Had an awesome buying and customer experience! A big thanks to Rose, she is very professional, informative and friendly, even played some beautiful songs on different pianos to help us quickly pick up the one we like. We bought a lovely piano last month and it has really good quality. I would highly recommend this shop to others. Come to Rose and she is brilliant.
Cameron Billiau: Popped in for some patch cables. Had what I needed in stock and could do a competitive price. Browsed the fx pedals good range. Guitars were lower end nothing to rave about if looking for higher end gear.Clean store. Staff with a smile who did play music so could give genuine help.Not 5 stars as parking is terrible!!! Impossible to park close and avoid paying. So might as well use their online shop. Postage cheaper than parking. Just bad spot for accessibility
