Sandi Morris: I phoned initially asking about karaoke units for sale. Winston answered my questions over the phone and I went in to see him the next day. His service was exceptional. I knew nothing about karaoke and he spent a lot of time going through everything with me. He even answered my calls after hours to help with the set up on New Year’s Eve. Jack Sheu: Great range of products and excellent service. The owner works at the business daily and happily assist when required. There was some confusion with a repair work from one of their suppliers and the owner personally dropped off the repaired item to my home to save me another trip to the shop. You don't often see service like that these days.
