Karen: These guys are the best. They are there to repair and restore. They have been invaluable to me over the years and they are the first I will go to. Don't know any others because they always do the job well. They are therefore very busy. Don't expect frills - they do their job well - Youtube will show you how to do trivial things.

Markus DF: They really know their stuff. Can often diagnose the issues based on a brief phone call, and layman’s description of what’s wrong with your classic sewing machine. Serviced our ancient Bernina a couple of times, and still going strong.

Be the One: I went here to fix my baby sewing machine. The old man was so nice and kindly. He help me to fix all my problems and give me all about advice. To be honest I feel like home service kind of warm heart I had ever met in Auckland.
