Michael Bain: I took some friends from overseas to One Tree Grill for their final meal before they headed home. It was a fantastic experience for us all and my friends have said that it was the perfect meal to close out their New Zealand holiday. Fantastic service, particularly from our server Isla who gave great recommendations, was extremely knowledgeable and was also great at making us feel at home. Great wine selection and I loved walking over the top of the cellar and looking down. I would recommend it for anyone looking for high-end top-quality dining.

Joanna Weekends: I selected Sid at The French cafe as my wedding venue. Maria who helps us to organize the wedding event from the very beginning to the end. She did amazing customer service and also she is so thoughtful for our wedding. All my guest really enjoy the environment and also the food! Definitely go back in important event and have a decent dinner.
Vinesh Nair: A wonderful experience from start to finish - we all greatly enjoyed our Saturday champagne lunch here. Warm and personable greeting at the door from FOH, followed by a brief tour of their impressive premises before being escorted to our table. Felicity Craft: Our time at Cassia was truly the best dining experience we’ve ever had. From the minute you step into the beautiful premises on Federal Street, you are greeted with friendly staff and incredible smells. The service is phenomenal from start to finish. Now the food, oh the food, it is an absolute knock out. I highly suggest the journey through India option letting the chef choose dishes for a four course meal. We loved that every dish had warmth and spice without burning. A wonderful surprise was the mushroom, green chilli, and truffle dish, and you’ve got to try their classic roasted carrot, vindaloo dish. My mum who has coeliac disease was fed without any problem whatsoever and really only missed out on the naan. Finally, the cocktails are outstanding. I’d highly recommend the Amore speziato. 10/10 experience Dietary restrictions: The staff easily catered for my mum who has coeliac disease. It wasn’t a problem at all and made her feel at total ease. The only substitution she had to have was for the pani puri, and she couldn’t eat the naan. Other than that she ate everything we ate.

rogueacosta: We stopped here for lunch and had an exceptional experience. The service was prompt and super friendly and the restaurant itself is quite homey and inviting. Open kitchen so you get to see chef at work. We started with the focaccia which was served with a light but spicier olive oil, and beautiful balsamic. Then went on to the tagliatelle and chicken cotoletta. I loved my pasta, the guanciale and chorizo were excellent but the cotoletta my wife had was superb. Maybe the best chicken I've had in a while. The beautiful salad it was served with was also equally great. Would definitely come back!

Pearl Parsons: Loved it loved it loved it! Celebrated hubbys 50th with our adult children. Opted for the set menu Shomi $99pp and well worth it. Loved every dish. Beef Wagu dumplings were the favourite. We got a taste of so much. Some of the dishes may sound a little strange but give them a go we weren’t disappointed. Appreciated the bar tenders suggestions as we weren’t familiar with Japanese alcohol. Dishes came out at a good pace and cleared timely. I also arranged a Chocolate Vanilla Crème Brûlée Bday cake which is amazing. Took 3/4 of the cake with us to enjoy the next day. Will be back.
StayAwhileandEaT: Went there for diner a while ago and it was the best dining experience I had in Auckland.The sashimi is a 'must try', no matter you chose one type of the fish or chose the 'platter' like us. The thick-cut style makes you can feel the sweet of these seafood. So we ordered another one after we had the first plate.Spring onions in chicken skewers lift the flavor to another level. My partner ordered king crab leg, the only downside for that is the mayo is a bit heavy and override crab.Will 100% come back for another fantastic diner.

MASU did not disappoint in any way. The food was outstanding and the service superb. Thanks to all the staff who attended to us. The special anniversary dessert was a welcome surprise, thank you. Johnson T: First table experience, first off the team at Culprit are amazing the level of service they provided were top 👌. The team went well above and beyond what I expected and for that alone it is worth coming back to.In context we had a time constraint of when we had to leave to catch a show and really wanted to try the duck dish which was not apart of the menu and made to order, the team happily accepted the job and told us it would be done at a specific time, low and behold on the dot the duck came out.All the dishes we received were delicious and carefully prepared/presented, the duck dish is were the light shined and we highly recommend it, the meat was extremely tender and flavourful the combination with the sauce brought a smile to my face, the fish and lamb we took home and ate the next day but it was still very yummy. Each individual dish was a treat and enjoyable in their own.We will be coming back!

Darren Ren: Hidden away but not forgotten. Cibo is a consistent and favorite among Auckland's foodies. Especially those working around the area. Come for a down to earth but also delicious meal accompanied by many alcoholic options.We came to celebrate my mums birthday. Service was great and the steak was charred nicely. Not a personal fan of pavlova in general but that's just me. They are well-known for it and you should try it if you like pavlova!

I had the Study of Beef and we had two sides but the broccolini side had a strange tasting sauce which we weren't too pleased with. Other than that my party had a good experience overall and the service was good too. I'd certainly go back here in future. Hopefully this place will be a Restaurant Month participant again next year!

Amanda Ashforth: We were given a voucher for a six course meal. The food was absolutely amazing. The flavour combinations were stunning and so was the presentation. Staff were friendly, efficient and helpful. We went for lunch on a very hot day and found even with the breeze it was still very warm. The glare of the sun added to the slight discomfort but overall a lovely experience.
M S: We were celebrating our special night. The food selection was amazing even though it was pricey. They offered to hang our jackets in the reception so we can freely enjoy our dinner.The wine sales kept came and offered they special wine selection. He was a bit annoyed, but other waiters were nice.A good experience of fancy dining 🍽

Kenichi Miyamoto: Apero is an atmospheric wine bar located on K’rd. Visited on a Friday afternoon for brunch. We have a wide selection of wines and a lineup of dishes that will complement your wine. All dishes were well seasoned and very delicious. Iberico pork prosciutto, truffled burrata cheese, and fragrant grilled cauliflower. Everything was sophisticated and of the highest quality. I was particularly impressed with the apple soufflé that was served as a special. This was super delicious. The staff were also very friendly. No complaints ⭐︎5

Olga B: We enjoyed four dishes, all of them were really good and had great flavours. My top picks were the Potstickers dumplings and KFC Korean Fried Cauliflower, which is Hello Beasty signature dish. Overall, it was a great experience with a friendly atmosphere, kind staff, and a tasty range of food. The only con, is probably a super busy loud atmosphere, so you have to almost scream in order to hear each other.
Calvin Gardner: Delicious food and cocktails! I was solo travelling and sat at the bar, and they let me know I could have single portions, which was great cause I got to try more items. Tony was extraordinary; his cocktails recommendations were spot on, and he even got me to try something I wouldn’t usually go for. I got to meet Emma, the owner, who is fabulous. It was incredible watching her help out in so many different areas. Her whole staff were super friendly and knowledgeable. It made a lasting impression, and I hope to return soon!

Ashleigh: Awesome place with a lot more atmosphere than a lot of places in Auckland. Not too loud like a lot of other cafes. Service is great but it's very hard to get the staff to top up the "bottomless" coffee. Great options for kids' meals.Kid-friendliness: Recommend the pancake for small kids. Booths are great for them too. Staff are friendly to kids.
Mark Wylie: We enjoyed “The Fed” for breakfast/lunch on a recent trip to Auckland. Fast service, delicious food, and decently priced. Our first experience for breakfast was so good we went back the a day later for lunch.Kid-friendliness: Our two boys primary and intermediate ages both really enjoyed the atmosphere, and the food options. Open kitchen was a highlight for them.
Elizabeth: So good we went back the next day. Its a small menu but it's very tasty and filling food. Over the two days we had the Reuben sandwich, chicken sandwich, hot dog with side of chips, griddle cakes, cinnamon roll and morning glory. Each plate was ready quickly and tasted fantastic. The griddle cakes OMG! Definitely worth waiting the few minutes to get a table.
