Ryan M: Ordering my PCs via Playtech was extremely efficient and simple, including when I applied for finance. Paul, a Playtech employee, spoke to me on the phone to explain everything. He was extremely helpful and said they would try and get the products out to me ASAP so it was shipped before the weekend and they came through on that. I highly recommend Playtech not only for their good value PCs, but for their excellent customer service too.

Harriet Broughton: Got a laptop from this store and the screen randomly broke couldn't fix under warranty, they did fix the mouse pad though which I was really thankful for .I know I sound like a complete dummy I rung them today though because I wasn't sure if this laptop could hotspot with a cellphone with unlimited data , the lady I spoke to didn't have to help me , she was very patient and helpful. I'm so thankful she took the time to explain how to do it !The staff in this shop are really over worked you can hear it in there voices and have always remained calm , they definitely deserve a pay rise.
Mattay NZ: PB Tech staff often seem uninterested at other locations so I was very impressed today with Brad, he knew what he was doing and had a big smile on his face too. Very refreshing. Good stuff Brad and PB Henderson.
Kayne Hindmarsh: Had my HP Envy 360 Nvme and ram upgraded. Got lucky with the Boxing day sales, so a 2TB Nvme and 2x 8gig 3200mhz sodimm, inc installation was under four hundred bucks and they did it in one day. Awesome sales and service.
