Laura Happel: I love living in my lotus belle tent. The liner all allows the smallest buddy heater to keep me warm on even the coldest of evenings.
Bella Shing: I've had the 20' Lotus Belle tent for about a year and a half and it's weathered record rains in California. We had "atmospheric rivers" where President Biden came out to our town to witness the damage done and my tent stood proudly. I can't be more thrilled with it. It's pure magic.
Del Merritt: I bought my 16' diameter Lotus Belle in 2019, and its first real use was at my son's wedding. It was great. Then a few months later The Plague rolled in, and it became the third bedroom for my Maine home when a different son came back. It's been in use in all seasons since April 2020, and is doing pretty well in rain, wind, and snow. An excellent investment that has done more than its fair share. Very glad I got an extra UV top!

The tent is easy to put up, I did it by myself. It is very spacious, we fit a queen bed in our 4m tent. I would recommend. It stands against the wind and rain well.

It’s super stylish Very thoughtful and clever design. Top notch customer service too. It was dispatched promptly and they always answer questions at lightening speed. We’ve had a great summer with the tent and look forward for more to come.
Lydia Jackson: These tents are awesome! We took one to Burning Man and it performed amazingly despite crazy weather like dust storms and high winds. What we found perfect about the design is that the roof and wall sections are seperate which made it super easy to clean. The roof, we just took the ropes off and went to a laundromat LOL. It was well worth the wait and definitely lived up to the hype. Highly recommend.

It’s usually up for a couple of months each time and despite a couple of particularly wet summers we’ve never had any issues and the canvas is still in great condition - we just make sure to give it a regular hose-down and of course airing out is important! Lianne McGilvray: Great company - I needed to exchange my jacket for a different style that was a better fit and they were super helpful. The team answered all my emails very promptly and sent out the new jacket as soon as they received the return. Haven't tested the jacket in the rain yet but it is a good fit and very lightweight - will be fantastic for our hiking trip to Norway later this year. Highly recommend Outdoor Action!!

Such excellent customer service for something where the customer was definitely "in the wrong"!

Greg Caie: Great customer support. Returned a good quality product that had a fault. No arguments, no suggesting that they take it for repairs, gave me a replacement straight away. That's why I shop with these guys, keep it up, awesome. Great range of stuff, not the cheapest gear but some of the best.
James: Most central Bivouac since they closed the Queen Street store. Staff are helpful and knowledgeable. Good place to hand in your used and emptied gas stove canisters and pick up some new ones. They also have a lot of gear out on display which is really useful to compare and contrast things.
