Danielle Redding: Snap Manukau is such a good environment with even better staff and trainers in Star and Matt. This gym is such a welcoming place where everyone is encouraged and supported through many different aspects. Love the friends I have made through this gym top shelf place for sure 👏

This is the second time ive been here, the last time being 3 1/2 years ago on my previous visit to NZ. They are still awesome, and i will be back.

Jake Clarke: I have been going to Les Mils NM for 10 months now and I couldn't be happier with the facilities and the progress I have made. It is always immaculate and clean, the equipment is new and easy to use and the space feels light with good energy.The staff are absolutely amazing, you always feel welcomed and they make an effort to get to know you, give advice and make the gym space feel very safe and tidy. I have no issues approaching any of the staff here.I have also being receiving one on one coaching from one of the PT's at Les Mils, Cristian Cannata. I originally started out receiving a free consultation from him and from that session I was blown away by his knowledge, care and attention to detail. I have had 10 months of training from Cristian and I am amazed at the progress I have made, from being skinny runt I am now achieving a body that I never thought was possible. Working a manual labor job that requires me to be fit an athletic, the training has made me feel stronger and more resilient. It's been a great upgrade in my life physically and mentally.I never thought I'd have a PT however I couldn't imagine working out without one now, there's so many nuances and small details that I'd never consider. However, with Cristians guidance I feel reassured that I am doing the best exercise and movements to grow muscle whilst not injuring myself.Thank you to everyone at Les Mils 3
